Ingredients
- 1 large French baguette
- 2 cups shredded Mexican blend cheese
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 3/4 cups grated parmesan
- 3 tsp dried oregano
- 1 1/2 tsp basil
- 1 1/2 tsp pepper
- 1 box of cherry tomatoes (halved)
Instructions
- Step 1- Preheat oven to 350F
- Step 2- Slice bread into 1/2 inch thick slices
- Step 3- Mix ingredients in a large bowl
- Step 4- Halve cherry tomatoes
- Step 5- Top sliced bread with cheese mix and add 2-3 halved cherry tomatoes per slice
- Step 6- Bake 8-10 minutes or until cheese turns a golden brown
