Bruschetta

Bruschetta

Description

A big-batch, comforting starter that is simple to assemble and guaranteed to keep the crew happy while waiting on the main event. Featuring crusty baguette slices generously slathered in a creamy, herbaceous blanket of savory cheeses, this is the ideal no-fuss appetizer for the firehouse table. The perfect harmony between the sharp tang of the melted cheeses, the aromatic herbs, and the invigorating pop of the baked tomatoes makes this a highly satisfying snack that requires just one mixing bowl and a baking sheet.
