Ingredients
- 3 pounds chicken breast
- 6 eggs
- 1/2 cup cornstarch
- 1/2 cup flour
- 2 cups orange juice
- 3/4 cup brown sugar
- 3 Tbsp white vinegar
- 3 Tbsp soy sauce

- 1/2 tsp garlic
- 1 tsp red chili flakes
- orange zest
- oil for frying
Instructions
- Step 1- Cut chicken into bite-sized chunks
- Step 2- Whisk eggs, set up two bowls (one for the eggs and one with a mixture of cornstarch and flour)
- Step 3- Fry chicken until golden brown on both sides
- Step 4- Set fried chicken aside to dry and make sauce
- Step 5- Combine orange juice, brown sugar, and vinegar in a pot over medium heat, stir until thick
- Step 6- Add other ingredients to sauce, adjusting for taste while continuing to stir, to prevent burning
- Step 7- Remove sauce from heat, bathe chicken in sauce
- Step 8- Serve over rice and vegetables
