Ingredients

  • 2 Tbsp olive oil
  • 6-8 chicken breasts
  • 1 1/2 cups carrots, sliced
  • 1 cup celery, sliced
  • 3 potatoes, cubed
  • 2 cans of Great Northern Beans
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp pepper
  • 1 Tbsp dried rosemary, or 2 sprigs of fresh rosemary
  • 2/3 cup Italian dressing

Instructions

  1. Step 1- Brown chicken in skillet with oil
  2. Step 2- Place carrots, celery, beans, and potatoes in crockpot at bottom
  3. Step 3- Place browned chicken on top of vegetable mixture
  4. Step 4- Mix spices and dressing in separate bowl, drizzle on top
  5. Step 5- Cook on low 8 hours, high 4 hours
