Ingredients
- 2 Tbsp olive oil
- 6-8 chicken breasts
- 1 1/2 cups carrots, sliced
- 1 cup celery, sliced
- 3 potatoes, cubed
- 2 cans of Great Northern Beans
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp pepper
- 1 Tbsp dried rosemary, or 2 sprigs of fresh rosemary
- 2/3 cup Italian dressing
Instructions
- Step 1- Brown chicken in skillet with oil
- Step 2- Place carrots, celery, beans, and potatoes in crockpot at bottom
- Step 3- Place browned chicken on top of vegetable mixture
- Step 4- Mix spices and dressing in separate bowl, drizzle on top
- Step 5- Cook on low 8 hours, high 4 hours
