Ingredients
- 3 pounds venison
- 1 chopped onion
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 6 potatoes, cubed
- 6 carrots, sliced
- 8 cups beef broth
- 2 packets Lipton Beefy Onion soup mix
- 4 cups green beans (can substitute with broccoli)
- 4 Tbsp cornstarch
Instructions
- Step 1- Brown edges of venison with onion and garlic
- Step 2- Place potatoes and carrots in crockpot
- Step 3- Add venison to crockpot
- Step 4- Cover with beef broth and Lipton packet seasonings
- Step 5- Cook on high for 4 hours (add soft veggies like broccoli or green beans at 3 hours)
- Step 6- Thicken with cornstarch/cool water before serving
