Ingredients
- 2 cups slivered almonds
- 1 cup extra virgin coconut oil
- 1 1/2 Tbsp low carb sweetener
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tsp orange zest (best when fresh from orange)
- 2 Tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
- pinch of kosher salt

Instructions
- Step 1- Take slivered almonds, coconut oil, sweetener, vanilla extract, orange zest, salt, and combine in food processor or blender
- Step 2- Blend on high speed until smooth
- Step 3- Divide mixture in half into two bowls
- Step 4- Add cocoa powder into one bowl and mix until dark brown/black
- Step 5- In cupcake liner, pour light mixture into one half of cup, dark mixture into other half
- Step 6- Repeat process above using all of the mixture
- Step 7- Freeze for 20 minutes, serve
