Ingredients
- 2 pounds chicken breast
- 1 pound ground turkey
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 can cream of mushroom
- 1 can cream of chicken
- 1/4 cup of milk
- 2 6oz packages of cornbread stuffing mix
- 1/2 cup (1 stick butter)
- 1 12 oz bag mixed veggies
- 1 onion, diced
- 8 cheese slices of choice
- salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Step 1- Brown chicken, place in slow cooker, and salt/pepper both sides
- Step 2- Add chicken broth, top with half of cheese
- Step 3- Combine cream of mushroom and cream of chicken, milk, and veggies; pour over chicken
- Step 4- Top with remaining cheese
- Step 6- Mix ground turkey and cornbread until distributed evenly, crumble over top of chicken
- Step 7- Drizzle melted butter over top
- Step 8- Cook low 8-10 hours or high 4-6 hours
