Ingredients

  • 2 pounds chicken breast
  • 1 pound ground turkey
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 can cream of mushroom
  • 1 can cream of chicken
  • 1/4 cup of milk
  • 2 6oz packages of cornbread stuffing mix
  • 1/2 cup (1 stick butter)
  • 1 12 oz bag mixed veggies
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 8 cheese slices of choice
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Step 1- Brown chicken, place in slow cooker, and salt/pepper both sides
  2. Step 2- Add chicken broth, top with half of cheese
  3. Step 3- Combine cream of mushroom and cream of chicken, milk, and veggies; pour over chicken
  4. Step 4- Top with remaining cheese
  5. Step 6- Mix ground turkey and cornbread until distributed evenly, crumble over top of chicken
  6. Step 7- Drizzle melted butter over top
  7. Step 8- Cook low 8-10 hours or high 4-6 hours
