Ingredients

  • 2 pounds Italian sausage
  • 2 pounds pasta of choice
  • 2 Tbsp olive oil
  • 2 Tbsp garlic
  • 1 onion
  • 1 bag spinach
  • 1 jar sundried tomatoes

  • 2 tsp salt
  • 2 tsp black pepper

Instructions

  1. Step 1- Brown sausage and drain, place back on heat
  2. Step 2- Pour heavy cream over drained sausage, add cheeses and spices, simmer
  3. Step 3- Bring water to boil, cook pasta and drain
  4. Step 4- Sautee onions, tomatoes, and spinach, and mix into sausage and sauce mixture
  5. Step 5- Combine all ingredients and serve
