Ingredients
- 2 pounds Italian sausage
- 2 pounds pasta of choice
- 2 Tbsp olive oil
- 2 Tbsp garlic
- 1 onion
- 1 bag spinach
- 1 jar sundried tomatoes
- 2 tsp red pepper flakes
- 2 tsp salt
- 2 tsp black pepper
- 2 tsp Italian seasoning
- 3 cups heavy cream
- 2 cups parmesan cheese
Instructions
- Step 1- Brown sausage and drain, place back on heat
- Step 2- Pour heavy cream over drained sausage, add cheeses and spices, simmer
