Adam's Bangin' Chorizo Dip
Description
This chorizo dip is super easy to make and always has people digging in for more than they wanted to. Try it at your next game day, social function, pot luck, or as a good filler snack at the station.

Ingredients
- 4x 8 oz cream cheese bricks
- 1 lb regular ground pork sausage
- 14 oz - 1 lb ground chorizo (refrigerated, not the room temp shelf stable stuff)
- 2x 14 oz can Rotel
Instructions
- 1) Throw the cream cheese in a crock pot (or a pot on low heat) on high to melt cheese. Break up cheese with spoon to help melt the cheese
- 2) Brown the sausage & chorizo in a pan
- 3) Once browned throw the meat in the crock pot
- 4) Open Rotel & drain. Throw Rotel in the mixture.
- 5) Thoroughly mix everything together. Once everything is mixed change heat level to warm on crock pot.
- 6) Gorge yourself.
