Description
The goal of this is continuous work the majority of the time. Weights shouldn’t be too heavy so that you have difficulty moving them for the majority of the workout. Focus is on building endurance with loads. Scale weight first then reps if needed. Best practice is to end a traditional weight workout with this circuit for maximum efficiency. Do one set of each exercise, then repeat, until the time runs out.
