Description

The goal of these is brief breaks after every round to maintain work quality under stress & fatigue. This should allow for a quick period to lower HR & allow muscles to recover to allow more of a load to be applied, both in terms of muscular strength and cardiovascular demand. Should be able to do relatively unbroken for the first 2/3 of the workout, depending on the length, before fatigue catches up and starts making you take breaks or break up sets. Scale weight or reps depending on need.
